Main Features:
The property is incredibly spacious. It's layout is designed for the convenience of a large number of occupants. Below is a detailed description of all the property has to offer for your stay. Click on one of the images below for an enlarged picture.
Entrance Area:
Welcome to your holiday home!
Enter through the double doors & into the air conditioned, fully furnished, open plan living & dining area.
Virtually the entire living area has a view of the pool & spa area.
Family Area:
The family area is where you will be spending large amounts of time,
whether it be relaxing, entertaining,
or simply planning the day's activities.
There is plenty of seating & tables in both family areas, with large patio doors leading to the pool area. For your entertainment there is cable TV in the family area.
Dining Area :
If you're eating in, there is plenty of space in the dining area for up to 10 people to enjoy a meal in comfort (one high chairs is available free of charge. Additional ones on request at a cost of £10 per week).
Kitchen / Utility Room :
The kitchen contains all of the things you would expect to find around the home such as fridge/freezer, oven/hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, iron & board, cutlery & crockery. There is plenty of storage space for the things you will need during your stay. An adjoining utility room features washer / dryer for your convenience.
Master Bedroom with En-Suite :
The Master bedroom features a King Size bed & has double doors overlooking the patio & pool area, great for an early morning swim! There is ample storage for your clothes & accessories.
The En Suite bathroom includes round bath, seperate shower, 2 basins & WC. Towels are provided for your comfort.
Bedroom 2 with Shower Room :
The second bedroom features a Queen Size bed with large wardrobe space.
The separate shower room includes shower cubicle, WC & storage for provided towels. There is also a door leading from the shower room to the pool area & is ideal for use as a changing room.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 with Shower Room :
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are identically equipped with twin beds & space for clothes & accessories.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share an adjoining bath/shower room which features bath with built in shower, sink & WC. There is also storage for towels (provided).
For babies, cots (cribs) are available on request for an additional charge of £10 per week.
Pool / Spa / Patio Area :
We saved the best until last!
The pool & patio area is south facing & entirely screened, making your sunbathing time more comfortable. There is also a partially sheltered area over the patio.
The patio area includes enough chairs, tables & sunbeds for all occupants.
The pool has graded depth & is heatable (an additional £10 per day is charged for pool/spa heat if required)
The spa provides an excellent means of unwinding after the day's events & is also heatable.
Pool toys / floats are provided for children.
