Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa on Southern Dunes has stunning views down the third tee and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. On the ground floor is the Lounge with Cable TV, DVD player along with a Double Bedroom which leads out onto the patio and private pool (heated if requested), bathroom, utility area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area (which also is accessible from the pool) and a garage.
Upstairs you have the Master Bedroom with large En-suite with both bath and shower facilities and a walk-in Wardrobe. Also on this floor there are two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom. The villa can accommodate 10 people as there is a sofa bed. in the lounge. All linen and towels are provided.
Within walking distance to Wal-Mart situated at the main gate along with a bank and several restaurants.
ONLY 20 minutes from Disney by car and approximately an hour from Kennedy Space Centre and beaches on both East and West coasts. Orlando is packed full of entertainment to keep children and adults amused alike with Crazy Golf, Museums such as Ripley’s believe it or not, Gatorland, Universal studios, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Old town with curiosity shops, amusements and vintage car displays on Saturday nights. Loads of restaurants to choose from and plenty of shopping malls and flea markets for those all important souvenirs .
