The resort includes gated entry, spacious club house with recreation centre / games room, fitness room, internet access, seating & conference facilities, large screen T.V lounge & movie room.
Other resort features are a Large Community Heated Swimming Pool with wrap around sundeck & Spa, 3 further swimming pools, all with sun loungers. Tennis courts, Basketball & Volleyball courts, Children’s play areas, picnic & barbeque areas.
The home is fully furnished with air-conditioning & 2 cable T.V's & VCR.It has a fitted kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave & washer /dryer, coffee maker & kettle.
The master bedroom has ensuite facilities including Jacuzzi bath & cable T.V & is located on the lower floor, alongside the family room, making it ideal for those who require everything on one level.
All rooms have ceiling fans. There are two further twin bedrooms. The family room has lounge & dining facilities & telephones, with free local calls. Sleeps up to 6 (8 including the sofa bed), all towels & linens provided. Travel crib & high chair available on request (additional charge may apply).

Many thanks, your townhouse was fantastic, we had no problems at all.
It was well equipped, clean & all in good working order.
Most importantly it was VERY well situated, our friends had two different detached villas but both were situated well away from anywhere, about 20- 25 minutes away from the main 192, Buena Vista or International Drive areas, which they found a bit inconvenient re restaurants, shops etc. We used the pool areas a couple of times & they too were fine.
I will happily recommend your place to any prospective clients should you need any recommendation.
