The nearest supermarket, Publix is only a two minute drive away. Walmart 24 hours Super Centre is located five minutes from the villa.
Highlands Reserve is a 5 minute drive, with Championsgate golf course a 15 minute drive. All golf courses are easily assessable from the villa, taking no more than 15-20 minutes.

Welcome to our Highgate Park Villa, a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,500 sq ft house/villa, set over two floors, with is own private heated pool set in an exclusive new gated community within Legacy Park located off Highway 27, within just a few minutes reach of all your Disney needs and more in Orlando, Florida.
The villa is located in quiet location, with its only private extended pool deck area and heated pool. Orlando International airport is only 25-30 minutes and 50-55 minutes from Sanford Airport. Disney World Main Gate is just a 10 Minute Drive, Universal Studios is 25 minutes away, Sea World just 15 minutes and Kennedy Space Centre is about one hours drive.
The kitchen has seating area (nook) for four (table and chairs). Appliances include: cooker, hob,dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, electric whisk. Fully equipped to cater up to 12 guests.
The utility room includes washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, dust pan and brush.
The villa has both a formal living room and a family room.
The formal living room has a dining room table and chairs that can seat six, together with two sofas and a coffee table. The formal living room has a sofa sleeper which can sleep two.
The house is open-plan with the kitchen and family room all in one, so no need for those in the kitchen eating or cooking to miss out.
The family room has patio doors which lead out into the pool area, and two sofas together with a coffee table and a 32 inch plasma TV with DVD player.
The bedrooms are located on both floors, downstairs is the queen bedroom, together with a TV, chest of draws and walk in closet, and bathroom comprising of shower, sink, toilet. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have chest of draws, bedside cabinet with lamps, together with a TV/PS2 console and a couple of games. The master bedroom, is to die for, the bedroom has a separate seating area for two with a coffee table, king-size bed, side tables and dresser, walk in closet and en-suite with double shower, two sinks, bath, toilet. All bathrooms have hair dryers.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the master bedroom and family room.
We ask guest to refrain from smoking inside the villa.
There is a travel cot and highchair provided, free of charge if required.
The house comes with its own private pool which covered by a lanai and is also screened off. The pool does come with a pool heater and their is an extra charge for heating the pool. There are four sun loungers and six patio chairs and table for your use around the pool. There is also an outside shower. The pool area has been extended to ensure your extra comfort for your days lazing around the pool. There is a screen around the front of the pool for extra security for small children (this screen can be removed) when you are using the pool. There is also access to the en-suite toilet from the pool area, so no need to walk through the house when nature calls.
The house now has a games room, which includes the following: junior pool, junior air hockey and junior football, 7ft pool table and basketball shooting hoops.
Towels and linen are included with the villa. The property is cleaned after each guest departs.
There is a local management company on hand for any problems during your stay.
