Hampton Lakes is much more than your average vacation home community. Its worry free and relaxing resort style living at its finest. But don’t get us wrong, if you want activity, there’s plenty of that too! And it’s just a stones throw away at Walt Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, the beaches on both coasts and much more!
For the avid golfer there are 20 challenging area golf courses all around you, the nearest being just ¼ mile from the villa!
Our villa is larger than most with over 1900sq feet of living space. It boasts the highest maintenance and cleanliness standards and has been personally furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings. Including top of the range ceramic floor tiles.
Our villa is South West facing which means we have sunshine from first thing in the morning right through to the evening. The villa is very private and not over-looked as the beautifully landscaped garden area from the pool leads straight down to beautiful orange groves.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, sleeping 8/10 people comfortably, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and large family room, all of which are fully air conditioned. We also have a fully equipped games room. There is also a larger than average 28 x 14ft screened private pool with extended deck area!

Our villa has large open plan rooms with vaulted ceilings that increase a sense of calm and quiet. The décor is light and pleasing. Air conditioning is a welcome necessity. The villa has been personally furnished to a high standard with quality furnishings. There are cable TV’s, VCR, DVD’s, games console and stereo for you to enjoy! (The local blockbusters are happy to provide temporary membership!)
Included is a telephone with free local calls.
A place to meet together, to chat and perhaps plan your next days outing is a big advantage our villa has over a hotel. In a hotel the only really private space is your bedroom.
It’s good to spread out, kick back and relax – especially when youngsters are in bed at last.
Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook up a storm or just a snack. A dining room for meals in style or a breakfast nook or bar for less formal occasions. If you don’t want to cook – the villa is just a few minutes away from Hwy 192 where you will find every restaurant imaginable! For those lazy evenings you can order anything from a pizza to a Chinese meal and have it delivered straight to the villa door! The telephone is free for local and incoming calls and long distance calls can be made with a credit card or phone card.

Here’s the star attraction!
The large screened pool, which can be illuminated at night, has an extended pool deck for sunbathing. The pool area equipped with plenty of comfortable furniture for those lazy days under the Florida sunshine.
