This newly refurbished and tastefully furnished villa in the gated community of The Sanctuary at West Haven overlooks a picturesque orange grove - yet is only a few minutes from the action-packed Highway 192. It is around 15 minutes drive from Disney World and approximately 25 minutes from most other major attractions, such as Sea World, Epcot, and Universal Studios. The International Airport is a 35 minute drive away.
This fully air conditioned home has four bedrooms (two double, en-suite and two twin) and three bathrooms. The villa can comfortably sleep eight people, making it ideal for one or two families to have a luxurious and comfortable vacation. The spacious master bedroom, with en suite & walk in closet overlooks the swimming pool, spa and the orange groves at the rear of the villa. There is also a crib and high chair at no extra charge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including hob/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle & toaster.
The spacious lounge area has cable TV and DVD player.
Bedrooms 2,3 & 4 also feature cable TV and a Playstation 2 is provided.
