To proceed with advertising your villa for rental or possible house swap please choose from one of the following options. Rental properties cannot be featured until full payment is made.

Please note if you decide to register on the property for rent section and house swap section the discounted price only applies if it is the same property. If you wish to advertise for example your rental property for rent and your residence for house swap you will need to register and pay for each property individually.

Information that you will need to supply

1. Good tidy pictures of your property, including one of the front of the property.
2. A text description of your property. Please include any selling points such as games room, spa, south facing pool etc.
3. A short description of the surrounding area.
4. An Email Address to allow potential customers to contact you directly. (Contact is via our online enquiry form, thus your email address will remain private, unless you choose otherwise).

On submitting your property to feature on Pilgrimvillas.com you are confirming you are the owner of the property or have the permission to market the property from the owner, and that you understand and agree to abide by the Advertisement Terms and Conditions of Pilgrimvillas.com
