Back in the 1980s the owners of the Pilgrim Group of Companies purchased their first of many holiday homes in Orlando Florida only a few minutes from Disney. In those days the emphasis was use as a second home for your own enjoyment making it a wonderful "Home from home".

However, over the years thousands of people have purchased second homes throughout the world and for many renting their home has become an important factor in helping with running and associated costs.

At Pilgrim we have been heavily involved in the vacation rental market for many years and although still offering the traditional rental service for owners who do not like to deal direct with the public we have evolved with the times and listened to the needs of property owners and potential renters.

Linked with this rental guests now have many specific and individual requirements when booking a vacation home so by having direct contact with the property owner helps them ensure that everything will be perfect when they arrive at their chosen destination.
